World-famous potato rolls' reach expanded

MANUFACTURER Martin's has begun distributing its full line of world-famous potato rolls and bread products to 13 Publix retail stores in Birmingham in the north central region of the US state of Alabama, just a week after its fresh foodservice expansion into the same territory.

Martin's is a family owned and operated consumer goods company headquartered in Chambersburg, PA, which uses potatoes as a key ingredient, along with wheat flour , nonfat milk, potatoes, real cane sugar, yeast, sunflower oil, and butter in its bakery products.
In addition to finding Martin's products in the grocery store, Restaurants including Jim 'N Nick's, Shake Shack and Jack Brown's are also using the potato rolls.

Martin's is looking to grow its foodservice customer base within the area.
