UKRAINE imported 12.476 thousand tons of potatoes between January and June 2023, worth $8.641 million. 

Greece, Romania, and Azerbaijan were the main suppliers of the potatoes.

The early potato market, as a result of the occupation of the Kherson region and the cold spring in Ukraine, remains quite tense, according to a report in 'East Fruit'. Mass harvesting of early potatoes in the southern regions of Ukraine began around three weeks ago.
