UK potato industry converges in Harrogate
THE UK potato industry was out in force for the first time ín 2 years today as BP2021 got under way.
The show, which attracts manufacturers, growers, scientists, agronomists, research organisations as well as suppliers, retailers and machinery producers, is being held at the Harrogate Yorkshire Event Center today and continues tomorrow.
This evening, a large proportion of show-goers and those exhibiting will also be celebrating achievement in the industry at the National Potato Industry Awards at the Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate.
