Potato Expo offers everything but 'face-to-face' say organisers
The Potato Expo 2021, scheduled for January 5th to 7th in the Dallas, Texas area, is switching to a virtual, online format, because of Covid-19 restrictions.
National Potato Council CEO Kam Quarels said all the normal elements will be there apart from face-to-face contact, including access to information about products and services
