PLENTY TO CELEBRATE!

TWO years since its launch event in 2019, the National Potato Industry Awards event in Harrogate last night was hailed as a roaring success by all those in the industry who attended.

Welsh Comedian Rod Woodward kept everyone in fits of laughter as he handed out the awards and entertained, and organiser Juliet Loiselle of Warners Publications said how difficult it had been for judges to choose from the nominees, particularly in the innovations sector, where the number and standard of entries was exceptional.
