More buy locally in Scotland
RESEARCH by The Knowledge Bank reveals that 12% more shoppers in Scotland are buying locally-grown potatoes and other vegetables than before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, six in 10 believe it is important to have local vegetables available when grocery shopping.
