Innovations for growers showcased at Global Grad Show
FARMING innovations from British University Students have been chosen for the Global Graduate Showcase
The Global Grad Show, the world’s most diverse gathering of graduate ideas for social impact, kicks off on Monday (November 9th). Selected from 1,600 submissions from 270 universities, from the most established institutions in Western Europe, USA, and China, the event showcases 100 ideas to change the world, of which two are UK farming submissions.
These are Cultive, a water management technology and moisture sensor system for growers, from the Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College London, and Chlorophyll Film, a biodegradable, sustainable film to improve smallhold farming methods from the Royal College of Art.
