THE first in a new series of online events held by FERA will explore the potential of insect bioconversion for the food and drink industry.

Everyone in the potato industry, be it growers, processors or end product suppliers is being invited to attend the free webinar which will feature talks by Fera’s Dr Maureen Wakefield, scientist and project lead for Fera’s Insect Research Laboratory and Jess Barker, Business Development Lead with Nigel Devine, Partner and Operational Lead at Food Strategy Associates and other guests.

Taking place from 12pm until 1pm on March 15th, it is the first in a series being hosted by the company whose scientists conduct research and development studies to identify ways to improve crop health, yield, efficiency and value.
