Dutch firm establishes UK roots with takeover of Grantham business

Dutch family-run business, Tolsma-Grisnich, which has specialised in the storage and primary processing of potatoes, onions and carrots, for 75 years, has now taken over Grantham-based Farm Electronics, which has designed and manufactured energy-efficient storage systems for potatoes, onions and vegetables for the past 40 years.

Dim Jan de Visser, CEO of the Tolsma-Grisnich Group, (pictured) said: ‘With the take-over of Farm Electronics, Tolsma-Grisnich is taking an important step towards fulfilling its ambition to become a leading player in the storage technology market in the United Kingdom.”
