Digimon Adventure welcomes new monster inspired by potatoes
ONE of the new monsters to be introduced by the Digimon Adventure comic book franchise has been inspired by potatoes.
The original series has been re-adapted by Toei Animation for a new generation, with new 'monsters' being introduced. Comicbook describes the potato-inspired monster as having "no business being so cute".
In the preview for the next Digimon Adventure episode, fans were shown Potamon for the first time. It has a toddling body covered in brown peel with chubby cheeks to offset the rustic shade. Its 'hair' is potato wedges. The promo shows Potamon spraying potato juice from his mouth.
