Agri-tech ecosystem in the spotlight
THE agri-food system and the role of growers within it will be discussed at a special online conference on Thursday (February 4th).
The aim will be to develop some shared visions around possible scenarios, both utopian and dystopian, inspired by “artefacts from the future”, looking at whether – and how – they could benefit those in the supply chain and society as a whole.
The event will explore the broader impact of the net zero aim on the agri-tech ecosystem. Chris Brown, Head of Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing at Asda is giving a keynote introduction and sharing insights while international thought leader, Method, will help run a workshop. Fresh insights and ideas will be explored.
