Planting, weed control, harvesting, loading and transport models live demonstrations at show.

FOUR different potato planting machines, six machines for mechanical weed control (hoes and harrows), 13 potato harvesters, five loading lines and six manufacturers with trailers and dumpers for transport will be seen live in action from September 7th to 8th at the Rittergut Bockerode estate in Springe-Mittelrode (Lower Saxony).
 
The range of machines and technology will be presented at the PotatoEurope 2022 show, covering everything necessary for successfully cultivating potatoes, from preparing for cultivation, planting and care technology – whether mechanical or the latest crop protection technology – to harvesting, processing and storage.

More than 245 exhibitors from 15 countries from the areas of breeding, fertilisation, crop protection, agricultural machinery and processing have now registered to attend PotatoEurope 2022. Exhibitor numbers are therefore similar to the record level achieved in 2018. DLG is organising the open-air exhibition together with the Union der Deutschen Kartoffelwirtschaft (UNIKA; German Potato Industry Union), its technology partner CASE IH and the Lower Saxony Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
