New Hotdesking Hub for agri businesses

Rothamsted Enterprises has opened a new Collaborative Hub offering hotdesking space for businesses across the agriculture, farming, food, science, climate change, innovation, and technology sectors.

The hub, in the heart of the historic Russell building in Harpenden, has been extensively refurbished with the help of Local Growth Funding from Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and Herts Innovation Quarter (Herts IQ).

The building also offers modern office space ranging from 200 sq.ft. to over 1,200 sq.ft., and is part of Herts IQ, an enterprise zone that is supporting the growth of agri-tech businesses in Hertfordshire. With Rothamsted being part of HertsIQ, office space tenants could enjoy tax relief of up to £55k.

Enquiries are particularly encouraged from businesses across the agriculture, farming, food, science, climate change, innovation, and technology communities, or those who partner with, support or supply to these sectors.
