New generation parts introduced
CLIFTON Rubber has introduced a new generation of Agricultural Stars, End Discs and Spacers de-stoning components.
The company has been working closely with existing customers to introduce a new production method and a new material and this has resulted in the creation of new tooling, and a higher performance product, which Clifton says is both stronger and longer lasting. Engineers have created new moulds and a made improvements to the material used, which help overcome minor issues highlighted with the existing range, the company states.
Clifton products are suitable for various de-stoning machines including Grimme, Standen, and Reekie. The company has been manufacturing agricultural wear parts for more than 40 years, and has developed a range of rubber and polyurethane components, suitable for handling and grading.
