Change of ownership for Scottish mini-tuber producer.
HZPC UK, a member of the Royal HZPC Group, has acquired TLC Potatoes, one of Scotland's leading minituber producers.
TLC Potatoes, under the leadership of current owner Colin Blackhall, has been a trusted partner of HZPC UK, producing mini-tubers of its varieties, for many years.
With this acquisition, HZPC UK has strengthened its position in the market.
Colin will continue to be involved and support the business and all key members of staff at TLC Potatoes will remain with the business.
The acquisition will enable HZPC UK to bring new varieties from its research facilities in the Netherlands to market more quickly.
