Speaking on her appointment Vicky said: “I am very excited to be joining LEAF at this time in its 30-year history.  I have seen what LEAF has achieved during this time in terms of supporting farmers to farm more sustainability and ensuring they are recognised for their environmental credentials in the marketplace. LEAF has such an important role to play in promoting the values of more nature-based, regenerative farming and supporting farmers at this time of transition for the industry.”

LEAF Chief Executive, Caroline Drummond MBE added:  “We are absolutely delighted that Vicky has joined our growing team. Her vast knowledge of the sustainability sector and agri-environment schemes combined with her wide experience and knowledge of farmer-to-farmer knowledge exchange at a grass roots level will be invaluable.”

Vicky is a Nuffield Farming Scholar and lives near to her family farm in Oxfordshire. She is a Trustee of Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust as well as a local environmental charity, Wild Oxfordshire.
