BP2023 - save the dates!
THE dates for BP2023, a key calendar date for all those operating in and supplying to the British potato industry, have now been announced.
The national exhibition, which features trade stands, information hubs and talks, takes place biannually, with the last one being held at the Yorkshire Event Centre, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, in November 2021, attracting all sectors of the potato industry.
Exhibitors cover all kinds of issues for growers and suppliers - from the soil right through to processing and retail, and has been run for many years by Steve Wellbeloved, who said the range of exhibits continues to grow and evolve. The 2021 surpassed all expectations considering the industry challenges presented over the previous 18 months through the Covid-19 outbreak, Brexit and other national events.
Potato Review was delighted to be a media partner for the event and is looking forward to its key involvement in the next event in 2023. It is also the organiser of The National Potato Industry Awards, which take place on the first night of the exhibition and is another key calendar date for those in the industry, many of whom stay over on the first night of BP so they can network and join others from the industry at the social event.
Many BP exhibitors offer an opportunity to gain more information and get in touch with them in advance of the show. As the event approaches, we will keep this page updated with URLs to help you plan.
